As such, this policy is to ensure that individuals’ personal data is safeguarded against misuse by regulating the processing and management of personal data and to assist you in understanding how we collect, use and/or disclose your personal data. Results of all course assessment and examinations (project) shall be finalized by the Examination Board of Green Pixels Creations Pvt. Ltd. Certificate: The official E-certificate will be issued Early after the Submission of Portfolio of the Course. The Course Completion Certificate will be issued by Skilzlearn, once the award criteria are met. Withdrawal refers to when a student discontinues their courses with Skilzlearn. Skilzlearn allows students to withdraw from a course in accordance with its refund policy. If a student wishes to withdraw from Skilzlearn Institute voluntarily, the student shall adhere to the following procedures, an appointment shall be arranged for student to meet with the respective staff in-charge for counselling session. With advice from our staff, student shall decide on whether to continue with his/her study or proceed with the withdrawal. The timeframe request of transfer will not be more than 1 weeks. Transfer of study mode refers to a change from full-time study to part-time study or vice versa for the same course. This may be possible depending on the regulations of the respective course of study but student shall be solely responsible for future outcomes resulting from the transfer should it be approved. Transfer of course refers to transfer from a course X to another course Y within Skilzlearn Software Training Institute with payment of a transfer fee. This will be treated as a withdrawal from course X and re-enrolment with Skilzlearn into course Y. Student may apply for any unconsumed course fee from the current course to be credited to the new course, but the request is subjected to Management Committee’s approval. Skilzlearn Institute’s Refund Policy as follows: If Student’s written notice of withdrawal is received- Before but not more than [7] days before the Course Commencement Date. After, but not more than [3] days after the Course Commencement Date. Student is also allowed to defer a course before the commencement date, the request must be submitted. Student is allowed to defer only ONCE and up to a maximum period of ONE year, failing which he/she will be deemed to have withdrawn from the programme. And the deferment period is excluded in the maximum study period. He/ She would have to re-apply as a fresh applicant if he/she is interested to pursue the course.
